I am partnered with a Perfermance Marketing Agency who are looking for a Senior Strategist to join their Commerce team for a 3 month contract.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing strategy role for someone who knows how to turn commerce-media data into actionable business strategy and who is comfortable owning campaigns and media investment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute commerce-media and omnichannel strategies aligned to client business goals
• Lead and optimize DSP and retail-media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo and related commerce-media channels
• Analyze cross-channel performance data and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations
• Own relationships with senior-level clients and confidently communicate performance, opportunities and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, customer acquisition and overall media efficiency
• Stay current on evolving retail-media platforms, products, measurement capabilities and industry best practices
• Take ownership of account performance, prioritization and day-to-day strategic direction
Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of experience in commerce media, retail media, paid commerce or senior media strategy
• Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP / Amazon Ads
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Experience developing strategies based on business objectives — not simply optimizing campaigns to platform metrics
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, measurement and attribution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and
