This contract position will have you working onsite in Winchester, VA, from now until May 28th, 2027. As you collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals, you’ll make a daily difference in the lives of students who need your expertise and compassionate support.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Hold a current Virginia SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
• Commitment to working onsite in a supportive, student-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services to students with communication and speech disorders
• Develop, implement, and track progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in school multidisciplinary teams and meetings with parents, educators, and support staff
• Offer consultative services and resources to teachers and parents as needed
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school settings
