We Are HiringLocation: Brookfield, WIFacility Name: Capitol & Lily ClinicSchedule: Full-TimeSign-On Package (including bonus, relocation, and student loan forgiveness): $130,000Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality$4,000 CME AllowanceMalpractice coverage with tailThis job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.Join an established team of 3 Internal Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine APP, 2 Family Medicine physicians, and a PRN Internal Medicine PAStaffing includes 1:1 MA support, a daytime regional RN triage team, and an evening RN triage team managing after-hours calls.Onsite services include lab and x-ray.Specialists rotating into the clinic include Podiatry, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, and Orthopedics, with a behavioral health clinic located upstairs.Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment.About Columbia St. Mary's Hospital - Milwaukee250 bed hospitalServing a population of approximately 560,000 peopleIntegrated referral networkPart of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health systemWhy Physicians Choose AscensionPhysician-led, collaborative cultureLong-term practice stabilityNational network with local autonomyMission-centered care rooted in serviceWhat You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
