Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped performance compensation
Expected OTE: $75,000–$110,000+

Regenics is looking for a highly motivated Patient Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

This is not a front-desk or administrative patient coordinator position.

This is a 100% sales-focused role for someone who knows how to build rapport over the phone, follow up relentlessly, handle objections, and close.

You will work primarily with warm leads and existing patients who have already shown interest in Regenics, our membership, products, or services.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for converting opportunities throughout the patient journey, including:

• Calling new online inquiries and incoming leads
• Following up with leads immediately after they enter our system
• Converting prospective patients into Regenics members
• Recovering abandoned carts and incomplete registrations
• Following up with patients who started but did not complete onboarding
• Reactivating former patients and members
• Handling membership cancellation requests and retention conversations
• Following up with missed appointments and unresponsive prospects
• Calling older leads within the Regenics database
• Communicating with prospects through phone, SMS, and email
• Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM
• Consistently hitting individual conversion and revenue targets

This role is primarily phone-based sales . You should be comfortable spending a significant portion of your day talking with prospective and existing patients.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is competitive, persuasive, personable, organized, and comfortable asking for the sale.

The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:

• Inside sales
• High-volume phone sales
• Telehealth
• Medical or wellness sales
• Medical spas / aesthetics
• Weight-loss programs
• TRT / hormone optimization
• Dental treatment sales
• Plastic surgery consultation sales
• Fitness or membership sales
• Automotive BDC
• Insurance sales
• Other high-volume consumer sales environments

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

We would rather hire an exceptional salesperson who can learn healthcare than someone with extensive healthcare experience who is uncomfortable selling.

How Success Is Measured

This is a performance-driven position.

We track metrics including:

• Speed to lead
• Call volume
• Contact rate
• Lead-to-member conversion rate
• Abandoned-cart recovery
• Patient reactivation
• Cancellation saves
• Revenue generated
• Member retention

Most importantly, we measure your ability to turn qualified opportunities into long-term Regenics members.

Compensation

Base compensation: Approximately $50,000/year

Plus:

• Commission for new memberships
• Additional compensation tied to retained memberships
• Bonuses for reaching monthly membership targets
• Cancellation-save incentives
• Reactivation incentives
• Uncapped upside for high performers

A strong performer should reasonably expect to earn approximately:

$75,000–$110,000+ per year

Exceptional performers can earn more.

There is no artificial ceiling placed on high performance.
