We serve the communities of Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties and provide care from a few hours a day to overnight shifts to live-in care. Office Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls. You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations. Assist potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services. Requirements Basic computer and telephone skills. Customer service experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day. Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners. Drivers license in good standing Ability to transport caregivers in company or personal vehicle.
