- Greet patients and visitors
- Obtain patient information for registration and insurance filing
- Determine patient's needs and processed according to type of case
- Assist with check in and out of patients
- Answer phone and directed calls
- Schedule appointments
- Answer basic question of patients and families
- Perform routine clerical, data entry and data retrieval tasks
- Enter patients' data
- Respect patients' right to privacy and confidentiality
