Conduct research on artists, cultural organizations, grants, and potential partnerships to support new and ongoing initiatives. Assist with grant administration, including tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and supporting reporting requirements. Prepare project materials, presentations, meeting agendas, research summaries, budgets, and other administrative documents for leadership. Maintain organized project management systems, calendars, files, and databases to support efficient workflow across multiple initiatives. Provide on-site coordination and production support for exhibitions, events, and public programs, including occasional evenings and weekends. Take on additional projects and responsibilities in support of the Lambert Center's artistic and institutional priorities.
