Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor entry points, manage badge access, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:30 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:30 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, talent, production personnel, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and vendor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activity as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, studio spaces, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Communicate professionally with onsite teams and Allied Universal leadership regarding access control operations, unusual activity, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
