We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our clinical team which can provide a high level of patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This person will be a support person to all of the staff members and patients in our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice.
Qualifications
This position requires a positive attitude and someone who is willing to work together to meet the needs of our patients
• •Must be able to work productively in fast-paced environment, a quick thinker & work well with all the team members
•
Experience in delivering excellent customer service in dental office for at least 1 year is a must
Experience answering telephone
•
Experience working as a dental assistant is a huge plus
•
Must be flexible to work in our other locations if needed
Responsibilities
•
Greeting patients warmly
•
Answering phone calls and voicemails
•
Scheduling appointments
•
Assisting patients in updating their information and inputting data into the computer
•
Verifying dental insurance and checking coverage
•
Billing and collections
Dental insurance submission
