Project Controls Coordinator

Providing vital project and operational support, the full-time remote Project Controls & Operations Coordinator will manage project coordination, service ticket assignments, and financial tracking for the Security Design & Integration team while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Coordinate project activities, maintain trackers, and support the Senior Project Manager with administrative tasks Manage service ticket requests, ensuring proper assignment and timely follow-up on outstanding items Assist with financial administration, including tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project commitments Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or financial administration Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like ServiceNow or Monday.com preferred Experience in supporting technical teams or project managers is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
