Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Sight, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Our focus is on providing care to those with limited access to traditional mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.
