The Senior Accountant supports the financial integrity and operational success of a senior living organization by managing complex accounting activities, producing accurate financial reports, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with community and corporate leaders. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and an understanding of multi-site operations, resident-related revenue, and the service-focused environment of senior living.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise accounting or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, investigate discrepancies, document conclusions, and communicate financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and locations.
