Housing Stability Navigator, Rapid Rehousing

Sarah's Circle is hiring a Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Case Manager in Chicago for a full-time, non-exempt role. The position offers a hybrid schedule at the Uptown location with travel to off-site sites as needed. A vehicle is required. Typical hours are 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings for client meetings. LCSW certification supervision may be available.
