Job Overview A law firm seeks an exceptional Patent Agent to join their growing intellectual property team in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and excellent writing and communication skills. Duties Assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Collaborate with attorneys and clients on intellectual property strategies. Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent. Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software. Admitted to practice before the USPTO. Education Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; advanced degree preferred. Certifications USPTO registration. Skills Strong academic background.
