Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patents Counsel with a focus on electrical engineering to join its team in Chicago, IL. Duties Manage patent prosecution for wireless technologies and AI systems. Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios. Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice through impactful work. Requirements Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the USPTO or eligible to register. Admitted to and in good standing with the Bar, or eligible to waive in. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility. Skills Experience in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, and related technologies.
