Lead and support your crew during busy shifts Keep food quality, service, and cleanliness on point Run opening or closing routines with confidence Jump in wherever needed—front counter, drive-thru, grill—you name it Solve problems in real-time and keep the team focused and positive Set the tone for energy, pace, and teamwork This role is about stepping up, staying sharp, and leading by example.
