Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries during therapy sessions conducted via telehealth.

• Conduct regular mental health assessments, and facilitate ongoing sessions to review client progress, stability, and discharge criteria when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive progress notes in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Perform initial intake assessments to gather pertinent information for effective treatment planning.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest level of care.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to support client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using technology, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, electronic record management systems, and telehealth platforms.

• Experience delivering psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments with individuals and families.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
