We are seeking an experienced Federal Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume, enterprise-level recruiting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruiting for large strategic accounts, with a focus on IT, engineering, and other technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while meeting demanding hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for large enterprise clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent. Partner with Business Development Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to identify passive candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical professionals (e.g., software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, DevOps, etc.). Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback. Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to optimize hiring processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive talent markets, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: 1-3+ years of federal technical recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment. Proven success recruiting for large enterprise accounts with high-volume hiring demands. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Salesforce). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise clients.
