Welder and Fabricator We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of truck bodies, utilizing your expertise in welding and grinding to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Perform welding and grinding of welds on truck bodies. Utilize MIG welding techniques to fabricate and assemble truck bodies. Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication processes. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Experience with grinding and welding processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficient in reading a tape measure. Comfortable learning and using an overhead lifting device. Work Environment Work in a large, open factory/plant floor with dim lighting due to welding stations. Full-time position on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:45 am to 4:15 pm, with overtime as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LAKE CRYSTAL, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
