Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking experienced Production Leads to oversee packaging operations and drive team performance. We're looking for candidates with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and a proven ability to lead employees in a fast-paced production environment. If you have a strong understanding of production workflows, safety standards, and team leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Available Shifts & Pay
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $23.50/hr
What You'll Do
As a Production Lead, you'll help ensure your assigned area operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting daily production goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shift
- Assigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverage
- Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary
- Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support
- Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments
- Prior lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
- SAP experience is a plus

- Overtime may be required, including weekends during peak production periods
- Background check required
