As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Services in Bothell, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at an aerospace and defense location, you will welcome visitors, support access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain a professional, secure environment while communicating clearly with employees and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, deliveries, and visitors in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of security-related activity at the entrance area.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established emergency response procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
