As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an organized, professional environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols. Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records. Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, manage deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Support security-related operations by reporting unusual activity, documenting incidents, and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
