INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward.The Manufacturing Engineer (AME) is responsible for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of coolant, lubricant, and fluid supply systems across the manufacturing environment. This role supports an advanced machining center and serves as the technical expert for fluid management, ensuring system reliability, quality, and efficiency aligned with INNIO standards.What You'll Do:Lead planning and project management activities related to machine tool supply systems, with a focus on cooling lubricants and fluid distributionDevelop and implement technical solutions for maintenance-related systems and infrastructureSupport the design and optimization of fluid-based components and systemsMonitor and control the quality and performance of operating fluidsCreate capacity calculations, layouts, and continuous improvement concepts for fluid systemsEvaluate and implement new technologies, driving optimization and innovation in fluid management processesContribute to specifications and technical requirements for new machines and systemsMaintain and update piping diagrams and coolant network dataPartner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teamsUtilize CMMS (maintenance software) for work planning, cost tracking, and data analysisMonitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and support proper disposal activitiesServe as the primary point of contact for hall managers and machine operators on all coolant and fluid-related topicsDrive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within fluid management systemsWhat You'll Have:Bachelor's degree and/or technical education in process engineering, building systems, mechatronics, or a related fieldKnowledge of control and regulation systems preferredStrong technical understanding of process engineering and interest in chemical-physical processesExperience with or willingness to learn filtration and fluid technology systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallySelf-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach to workAdditional Information:Location: Waukesha, WIWork Schedule: Onsite Monday through FridayTravel: This role will require an initial trip of approximately 2 months to Jenbach, Austria for training and to establish relationships with the peers.Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.#INNIO #manufacturingengineeringjobsINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
