Who are You at MacLellan?

As the HVAC Technician III, you are part of Best People. Your dedication to your craft is clear, and your willingness to help mentor junior level technicians distinguishes you Capitalizing on your master journey-level experience as a technician, you utilize our Best Systems, to inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and components, along with chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, motors, electrical controls, and associated safety and equipment protection devices. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you engage our clients daily to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

What experience is needed for success?

10-years of progressive, professional experience performing maintenance, service and repair of HVAC systems and equipment for large industrial and commercial customers is required.

HVAC contractor's license and EPA 608 Certification is preferred.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:

• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
