AI Operations Lead

As a full-time remote AI Operations Lead, the successful candidate will map operational workflows, partner with Revenue Operations to design AI-driven solutions, and drive adoption of new systems across the organization. Key responsibilities Map operational workflows to identify friction points and improve processes, starting with Sales Design and deploy intelligent workflows and automations in collaboration with Revenue Operations Create documentation and training to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, or technical roles with a focus on AI-powered solutions Familiarity with modern AI platforms, APIs, and automation tools Working knowledge of Python and APIs for prototyping solutions Strong strategic judgment with a proven track record of solving complex business problems Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive tool adoption
