Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $32.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on Bonus: $14,000

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' functional status using formal and informal assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
• Educate patients and families on pathology, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
• Recommend adaptive/supportive equipment and assist in its procurement
• Document all patient interactions accurately, supporting billing and regulatory compliance
• Promote occupational therapy services and community education initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Current Michigan State Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in acute and outpatient settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior supervisory experience
• Knowledge of assistive device recommendations
