Alternance - Gestionnaire Paie et Administration du personnel F/H

Human Resources/Payroll Service

The human resources/payroll service consists of seven managers, under the responsibility of the deputy head of payroll and human resources administration. Your duties will include the following:

Human Resources:

  • Elaboration, follow-up, and updating of an employee's file with compliance and respect of GDPR;
  • Elaboration, modification of an employment contract and/or an addendum to the contract with adaptation to negotiated/standard clauses;
  • Filling out a "professions" database and/or Excel spreadsheets (HR information system, online sites, professional portals: Pôle emploi, CHORUM, dashboards... );
  • Management and follow-up of medical examinations (concerned lists, convocation, aptitude report, information... ) ,
  • Management of the mutual aid & insurance (affiliation, updating information, lists follow-up... ), transport passes and relations with housing action (constituting dossier, contacts with organizations... ) ;
  • Management and processing of activity schedules and the presences, absences of employees;
  • Writing and modification of professional documents (letters and various administrative correspondences, certificates, forms... ) ;
  • Classification, archiving, keeping & updating of personnel files and other administrative documents;

Payroll:

  • Collection of variable elements and ensuring their passage into payroll
  • Calculation and control of all account balances
  • Management of work stoppages and reimbursement follow-up with the CPAM and insurance organization
  • Sending occasional DSN (stop work and end of contract)
  • Management of advances and salary deductions
  • Management of restaurant vouchers
  • Control of payroll statements before transfer (absences, net to be paid,...)
  • Ensuring the follow-up of all employee questions on the payslip

Apprenticeship contract of 2 years starting from 01.09.2026.

You are preparing a higher diploma, Bac+3 or Bac+5, in human resources management fields.
