Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Opti Mind, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the most effective treatment outcomes.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, as well as crisis interventions when necessary, to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in adherence to best practices and confidentiality protocols.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.

• Employing culturally responsive approaches to effectively engage with and support diverse populations.
\n
• Actively participating in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case reviews to refine therapeutic strategies and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be vital in providing them with the tools and resources needed to navigate their unique circumstances effectively. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to assess client needs effectively and solve problems collaboratively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, familiarity with telehealth platforms will be beneficial due to the remote nature of the position. Experience working in diverse and multicultural settings will also enhance your ability to meet the needs of our clients effectively.
