Supervising that team is a big job, because it requires a diverse range of skills, from analytical thinking and problem solving to self‑assuredness and an ability to get along with everyone, not to mention an almost instinctive desire to enhance the stay of every single guest. We’re currently seeking a charismatic Night Manager. Our dream candidate intimately understands the dynamics of this role and how it greatly impacts the overall guest experience at our hotels. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the night front‑office team, ensuring guests, rooms, and properties are safe and secure; supervise check‑in and check‑out operations during night shifts; maintain accurate and timely records for finance, room usage and resident reporting; handle and resolve guest or team member complaints; develop and maintain staffing schedules; maintain high standards of guest service and team engagement to meet corporate service metrics; ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards; coordinate with other departments for smooth operations; maintain effective communication with 24‑hour management, housekeeping, and maintenance. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a night management or equivalent leadership role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment; advanced knowledge of front‑office operations; a strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle stressful situations with a calm, solution‑oriented approach; ability to work night hours; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.
