POSITION: FIELD MARKETING MANAGER/CANVASSING MANAGER- We are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced highly motivated Leader to join our canvassing team! This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced canvassing professional who thrives on building successful teams, developing people, and delivering measurable results. ✅EARN $100,000 to $175,000
✅ Fast-growing company with multiple product divisions The only canvassing department in South Florida that schedules appointments for a wide variety of services including: Impact Windows, Roofing, Kitchen/Bath Remodels, HVAC, Solar, Fencing, Water Treatment and much more!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassing representatives
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with needs for Windows/Roofing/Solar/Fencing
• Schedule Free inspections With Homeowners – no selling needed.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing field marketing team
- Conduct daily team meetings, field training, and performance coaching
- Create accountability systems that drive appointment-setting success
- Develop and implement canvassing scripts, training programs, and best practices
- Analyze neighborhoods and deploy effective territory mapping and route strategies
- Track key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve team productivity
- Work closely with company leadership to achieve lead generation and growth objectives
Experience:
• Canvassing management experience with home improvements or a closely related field
• Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and managing canvassers
• Experience with territory planning, route management, and field logistics
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Compensation
• Salary, Commission & Bonus (Earn $100,000 to $175,000 per year)
