Technical Product Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform knowledge, including strong proficiency in CMDB tables and relationships among various CIs
2. Perform data ingestion and data integration to support service management processes
3. Apply ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience, focusing on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, and Business Capabilities, establishing relationships among various CIs
4. Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM standards
5. Manage CMDB data within ServiceNow, including CI lifecycle management, change management, and enforcement of policies
6. Develop health dashboards and identify stale or orphaned data in the CMDB
7. Support governance and compliance activities by collaborating with CI owners and auditors

Requirements

1. Experience with ServiceNow platform, especially CMDB and CSDM knowledge
2. Strong data ingestion and integration skills
3. Understanding of CI lifecycle management, change management, and policies enforcement
4. Experience with data governance, data quality, and establishing health dashboards in ServiceNow
5. Prior experience supporting governance and compliance activities
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
