Join us as a Senior Manager Business Development responsible for evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities for the Naval Power Systems organization.This role is remote eligible and will report to our Menomonee Falls, WI business.What You Will DoDrive strategic partnerships and client engagement across global naval and marine defense marketsIdentify and secure new business opportunitiesLead market intelligence efforts and advise on emerging trends in naval power, defense procurement, and engineering innovationWork cross-funtionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Executive Leadership to shape customer-centric solutionsRepresent the brand at key defense exhibitions, trade shows, and summitsEducation & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field + at least 8 years of business development experience preferably in the defense industryProven track record of winning complex, high value contractsDeep understanding of government contract processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for maritime innovationU.S. Citizenship required.
