Litigation Attorney (Warranty) Location: California Compensation: $170K-$200K Experience: 5+ Years Work Model: Remote Responsibilities: 5+ years litigation experience; extensive trial/arbitration experience including openings, closings, witness examinations, motion practice, depositions, mediation, advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation; defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.
