Property Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This individual will prepare and/or review month-end financial statements for regional properties in accordance with GAAP, serve as the primary accounting contact for Property Management and Leasing teams, and perform account reviews, reconciliations, and leasing transaction accounting.
