Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in New York State. There is no flexibility on these requirements.

Job Description

• Advise and advocate for clients on a wide range of personal injury claims, including slip and fall, construction accidents, and motor vehicle collisions
• Build and manage cases from intake through resolution — investigations, depositions, discovery, and trial
• Interview clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to develop strong litigation strategies
• Draft and file complaints, motions, pleadings, and all related legal documents
• Represent clients at negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with a sharp internal team to move cases forward efficiently
• Stay current on evolving personal injury law and apply new developments to your practice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
• Active New York State bar license required
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Comfort and confidence in the courtroom — trial experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to manage a demanding caseload
