Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

We are partnered with a national plaintiff personal injury firm in search of a litigation associate for their New York office. Our client has a long track record of achieving significant results in complex litigation on behalf of injured clients nationwide. The Opportunity We're seeking a skilled litigator to take ownership of a complex plaintiff-side caseload from intake through resolution. The firm represents plaintiffs in mass tort, personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, childhood sexual assault, toxic exposure, FELA, and products liability matters. The incoming attorney will manage all phases of litigation — investigation and pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation — while collaborating with partners, associates, and support staff. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred Active New York State Bar membership (required); admission to relevant Federal District Courts a plus Demonstrated experience in mass tort, nursing home negligence and abuse, and/or sexual abuse litigation Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client communication abilities Trial experience is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and attention to detail This is a full time role with a $150k-$175k base salary commensurate with experience, annual bonuses, a flexible hybrid schedule, and firm sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
