Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• 1+ year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
