Tech Lounge Specialist: Windows & Hardware Support

Nationwide Technology seeks a customer-facing Sr. Analyst, Technology Practitioner to support the Columbus Tech Lounge. You’ll provide hands-on hardware/software support, diagnose endpoint issues, and ensure timely ticketing and SLA discipline in a busy environment.
