You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and CTO‑level leaders, shape the market narrative for AI engineering, and build a high‑performing organization capable of selling and delivering AI programs at global scale.You will:Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practiceSell, shape, and deliver large‑scale, multi‑year AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery qualityOwn technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiatorSet the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forumsBuild, scale, and retain a high‑performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leadersYour Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
