About the role you are considering - We are looking for an Insights & Data Pre-Sales Solution Engineer - Data & AI focused on the Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Hospitality and Services sectors. At present, we are looking for someone to serve our clients in the state of Washington, residing in or within commuting distance to Seattle, WA. As a market, business and account developer, you will utilize your strong technical and business competencies and customer service orientation to provide the highest level of business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve our growth goals. At a high level, your goal is to meaningfully expand Capgemini’s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts. * Thorough understanding of the Consumer Products, Retail, and Services market and as well as direct, extensive work experience in at least one of our target industry sectors * Deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands-on participation in AI & data projects within CPRS sectors. A broad range of technical relevance is required, in key areas such as Data Management, Data Engineering, AI/ML and related capabilities (should be able to “go deep” in at least one of these areas) * Demonstrated the ability to be a highly effective account manager, from account-opening through the development of a mature, trust-based relationship that fosters positive business outcomes * Possess an understanding of – and have a successful track record in – professional services sales and partner-based selling * Excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors and partners to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers. * Candidate must be motivated, take initiative and be a team player since we “sell in packs.” Selling technology-based, transformational services is complex and requires a person to understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process. * Learn and articulate both Insights & Data’s broad set of services, offerings and capabilities as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement successfully those technological solutions.

Your skills and experience - * Work with our CPRS sector’s field sales professionals on targeting our installed base and new logo accounts in specific industries * Work with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles. * Participate in client/prospect calls, RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team) * 10+ years Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience * Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, from close client management and collaborating with senior executives to getting “hands on” in Delivery when required * Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets in excess of $10m annually; manage engagements ranging from $1m to $15m in annual revenues

• BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience preferred

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $92,700 - $195,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
