Accounting Coordinator

Supporting day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time remote Accounting Coordinator will manage journal entries, corporate credit card reviews, and employee expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance and accuracy across financial processes. Key responsibilities Assist with uploading journal entries into the general ledger and ensure proper coding and support Review corporate credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance, following up on incomplete details Process employee expense reimbursements, verifying receipts and adherence to company policy Required qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in multifamily residential or property management Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes Experience with Yardi Voyager or a similar property management accounting system preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reconciliation formulas
