Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for brokers, agents, and policyholders, helping to resolve service inquiries, navigate our platform, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support to brokers, agents, and policyholders via phone, email, and digital channels.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, policy questions, and account-related issues.

• Assist users with navigating MGT's online platform and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Support the policy lifecycle by helping facilitate payments, policy documentation, endorsements, and service requests.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions within internal systems.

• Identify trends, recurring customer issues, and opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

• Demonstrate ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution.

• Contribute to customer retention efforts by providing proactive, high-quality support.
