About the Role

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and strategic oversight across behavioral health programs and emerging service initiatives.

This position will play a critical role in developing innovative, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented programs that improve access to care, strengthen service delivery systems, and support long-term stability and wellness within the community.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Program Development

• Lead the growth and enhancement of behavioral health programs and clinical infrastructure
• Assist in developing innovative service models and community-based behavioral health initiatives
• Design and implement trauma-informed, evidence-based, recovery-oriented programming
• Develop workflows, documentation standards, quality improvement systems, and operational processes
• Collaborate with leadership to identify service gaps and create responsive solutions

Supervision & Team Development

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to clinical staff, interns, and interdisciplinary teams
• Facilitate supervision meetings, case consultations, and team development activities
• Mentor staff through coaching, guidance, and professional development
• Ensure clinical quality, compliance, ethical practice, and person-centered care standards

Program Oversight & Operations

• Monitor treatment planning, clinical documentation, service delivery, and outcomes tracking
• Support grant initiatives, accreditation readiness, reporting, and program evaluation
• Assist with implementation and operationalization of new behavioral health programs
• Help establish program goals, performance metrics, and data collection systems

Direct Clinical Support

• Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
• Provide consultation and support for complex cases and risk management situations

Community Collaboration

• Build partnerships with behavioral health organizations, healthcare providers, and community agencies
• Participate in strategic planning and interdisciplinary initiatives
• Support community education and stigma-reduction efforts surrounding behavioral health treatment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Current independent Michigan licensure as one of the following:

• • LMSW
  • LPC
  • LLP
  • LP

Or equivalent clinical licensure eligible to provide supervision

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health services
• Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or program development experience preferred
• Valid Michigan Driver's License
• Ability to meet credentialing and compliance requirements

Preferred Experience

• Behavioral health program development and clinical operations
• Trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Integrated care models and community-based services
• Leadership within behavioral health, housing stabilization, or substance use programs
• Working with underserved populations and complex community needs

Work Environment
