Your new role


As Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a prestigious high-rise office property. Working closely with the Property Manager and building operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class experience for tenants while helping maintain efficient administrative and financial operations across the asset.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting property management operations for a Class A office tower.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for tenant requests and service inquiries.
  • Coordinating vendor access, service contracts, work orders, and tenant communications.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable documentation.
  • Assisting with budgeting, reporting, tenant billings, and lease administration.
  • Maintaining property records, certificates of insurance, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinating meetings, tenant events, and office administration activities.
  • Supporting capital projects, tenant improvements, and building initiatives as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Experience with property management software is preferred but not required.
  • Commercial office property experience is highly desirable.
