Lead Superintendent

Our company, an award-winning, nationally recognized green building contractor based in the Boston area, is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects across Massachusetts, leading the on-site delivery of complex, sustainable buildings that serve communities and stand the test of time. As Lead Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind our job sites, responsible for: Leading all on-site field operations from mobilization through closeout on large-scale, ground-up projects Coordinating and directing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule and on budget Managing site logistics, safety programs, and quality control across all phases of construction Overseeing project scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning to ensure efficient, on-time delivery Serving as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, and project stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all building codes, permits, and municipal requirements Running weekly progress meetings and providing regular updates to project executives Driving our proactive management approach, anticipating challenges before they impact the schedule Fostering a jobsite culture built on teamwork, accountability, and commitment to excellence We believe great construction starts with strong partnerships.
