This role supports both Talent Acquisition and core Human Resources functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. Pioneer in behavioral health treatment for adults, children, and families Named a Top Workplace every year since 2010 Generous Paid Time Off and Sick Time Public Student Loan Forgiveness eligibility 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Position Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support Manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams Ensure a positive and professional applicant experience Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System Participate in social media recruiting efforts and attend job fairs Track and coordinate intern onboarding HR Operations & Administration Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes Process employee status changes, transfers, and terminations in ADP Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Serve as a resource to staff regarding HR policies and procedures Perform various administrative functions for Human Resources Provide support across HR functional areas as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Open to candidates currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program Minimum 2 years of administrative, office, recruitment, or HR experience required Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills We have been named a Top Workplace in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 2010!
