This role supports both Talent Acquisition and core Human Resources functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.Position ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring SupportManage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelinesCoordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teamsEnsure a positive and professional applicant experienceMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking SystemParticipate in social media recruiting efforts and attend job fairsTrack and coordinate intern onboardingHR Operations & AdministrationCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processesProcess employee status changes, transfers, and terminations in ADPMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationServe as a resource to staff regarding HR policies and proceduresPerform various administrative functions for Human ResourcesProvide support across HR functional areas as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredOpen to candidates currently enrolled in a related bachelor's degree programMinimum 2 years of administrative, office, recruitment, or HR experience requiredExperience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWe have been named a Top Workplace in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 2010!
