This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a rapidly growing platform business at the intersection of payments, software, and financial services. You'll help shape how software companies deliver payments and financial services to millions of merchants while building the next generation of embedded finance solutions.What you’ll ownOwn the Embedded Finance business across North America, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, partner adoption, and long-term business performance.Define and execute the strategy to evolve our embedded payments platform into a broader financial ecosystem that delivers more value to software partners and merchants.Build and scale commercial growth initiatives across sales, partnerships, product, marketing, and customer success teamsPartner closely with Product and Technology leaders to shape the roadmap, prioritize investments, and bring innovative financial services solutions to marketLead a cross-functional organization and influence stakeholders across the enterprise to drive execution, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.What you’ll bringExecutive leadership experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, software, platform businesses, or embedded finance.Proven success owning a P&L or leading a significant business unit with responsibility for growth, profitability, and strategic executionDeep understanding of embedded payments, integrated payments, PayFac models, software ecosystems, or embedded financial servicesTrack record developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, and revenue growthStrong commercial, financial, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to balance innovation, risk management, compliance, and scalable execution.It’s a bonus if you haveExperience scaling embedded finance or platform-based businesses through strategic partnerships and product innovationExperience working with vertical software providers, B2B2X business models, or distribution-led growth strategiesMBA or equivalent leadership experience in a high-growth, complex, matrixed organizationAbout the teamThe Embedded Finance team is helping redefine how software platforms deliver payments and financial services. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $175,700.00-$261,350.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
