The Hire Mark is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Director for a Nursing Home in Koreatown Los Angeles.

This is a full-time 40 hour a week position with benefits.

3 years of nursing home maintenance experience required.
HVAC License preferred
Plumbing experience required
Carpentry experience required
