Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Respond promptly to service calls and provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations. Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture. Qualifications Valid plumbing license in the state of Wisconsin. Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physical stamina and strength to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
